Thank you for shopping at Solaris Metal Cards! We want to make sure your order gets to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

1. Order Processing Times

·       Every order begins with a free digital design proof, which you review and approve before we touch the steel. Once approved, production begins within 2 business days.

·       You will get another notification with tracking details when your order has officially shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Below is our delivery estimate:

3. Shipping Restrictions

No P.O. Boxes: Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes due to carrier restrictions. Please provide a physical address at checkout to avoid any delivery delays.

4. International Customs and Duties

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your destination country. Solaris Metal Cards is not responsible for these charges if they are applied. They are the responsibility of the customer.

5. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

·       When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that includes a tracking number. You can use this number to check its status.

·       Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

6. Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

·       We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

·       If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@solarismetalcards.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
