Processing Times
Every order begins with a free digital design proof, which you review and approve before we touch the steel. Once approved, production begins right away — most cards are engraved and ready to ship within 24–48 hours of approval.
You will receive an email as soon as your order ships, including your tracking number.
Delivery Times & Rates
We ship worldwide, and shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay. Delivery estimates:

These timelines begin after you approve your free design proof, not from the date of order — approval time varies by how quickly you respond to the proof.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to activate in the carrier's system.
If you haven't received a shipping confirmation within the expected production window, please contact us and we'll look into it right away.
Shipping Restrictions
No P.O. Boxes: Due to carrier requirements for tracked international shipments, we're unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical street address at checkout to avoid delays.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees once they reach your destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer — Solaris Metal Cards has no control over them and cannot predict their amount.
Delays Outside Our Control
While we make every effort to meet our estimated delivery windows, timelines can occasionally be affected by customs processing, courier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. We'll always do our best to keep you informed if this happens.
Damaged or Missing Orders
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged in transit or doesn't match the design proof you approved, email us with your order number and a photo within 7 days of delivery, and we'll make it right. See our Refund Policy for full details.
