Our Return Window
We offer a 14-day return policy — you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at info@solarismetalcards.com or through your customer account. If you don't have an email on file, please use the return link included in your SMS order confirmation.
Once your return is accepted, we'll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or doesn't match the free design proof you approved, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Because every card is custom-engraved specifically for you after your approval of the design proof, custom and personalized cards cannot be returned for reasons of changed preference once production has begun — your approval of the proof is your confirmation of the exact design.
We're unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions about a specific order.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the eligible item you have, and once that return is accepted, place a separate order for the new design.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, without needing to provide justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition you received it, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days — though your bank or card provider may take additional time to post it.
