By accessing our website, purchasing our Products, or using our services, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Solaris Metal Cards. If you disagree with any provision, you must immediately cease using our services.

1.2 We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. It is your sole responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Product Description & Intended Use

2.1 Nature of the Product: Solaris Metal Cards provides customizable metal card accessories designed as a decorative replacement body. The Product is strictly a decorative, non-functional collectible accessory and does not include financial components (e.g., chips, NFC features, or account data).

2.2 Intended Use:

·       The Product is for personal, non-commercial use only. Resale, redistribution, or bulk purchases require prior written consent.

·       You agree not to use the Product for illegal activities, fraud, money laundering, or any purpose violating applicable law.

3. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

3.1 Modification Risks: You acknowledge that transferring components from your original card to the metal accessory involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

·       Permanent damage to the chip, magnetic strip, or card functionality.

·       Accidental spills, misuse of adhesives, or improper use of tools (e.g., heat guns).

·       Voiding of your bank card’s warranty or terms of service.

·       Legal action by your bank, financial institution, or regulatory authorities.

3.2 No Liability for Damages: Solaris Metal Cards shall not be held liable for:

·       Damage to your card, financial accounts, or personal data during or after modification.

·       Costs of card replacement, account penalties, or fraudulent transactions.

·       Loss of access to banking services due to card alterations.

·       Functional failures (e.g., ATM rejection, payment terminal errors).

·       Third-Party Services: Issues arising from couriers, payment gateways, or banks.

4. Bank Compliance & Legal Obligations

4.1 Bank Card Ownership: Your original bank card is the property of the issuing financial institution. Altering it may violate your agreement with the bank under applicable regulations.

4.2 Prior Approval Recommended: We recommend you obtain confirmation from your bank that modifications are permitted before proceeding. Many banks prohibit alterations and may deactivate your card, terminate your account, or pursue legal action. Solaris Metal Cards is not affiliated with any bank, credit card issuer, or financial institution, and does not endorse or assume responsibility for their policies.

4.3 Legal Consequences: You alone bear responsibility for fines, lawsuits, or penalties imposed by your bank or other authorities.

5. User Responsibilities

5.1 Proper Use of Tools & Materials:

·       Use adhesives, tools, and techniques at your own risk. We are not liable for damage caused by improper use of glue, solvents, heat, or other materials.

·       Ensure a safe and clean workspace to avoid spills, accidents, or contamination of card components.

·       Be extra careful when heating your card to remove the chip. You are solely responsible for your safety and well-being.

5.2 Financial & Security Risks:

·       Monitor your accounts for unauthorized transactions post-modification.

·       Report lost, stolen, or malfunctioning cards to your bank immediately.

5.3 Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use the Product. We reserve the right to request proof of age.

5.4 Prohibited Conduct:

·       Do not use the Product to impersonate, defraud, or infringe on third-party rights.

·       Do not reverse-engineer, duplicate, or exploit our Product designs for commercial purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership: All designs, logos, and content on our website are the exclusive property of Solaris Metal Cards and protected under applicable copyright and trademark law.

6.2 User-Generated Content:

·       If you submit custom designs, you grant Solaris Metal Cards a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, or modify such content.

·       You warrant that your designs do not infringe on third-party rights (e.g., trademarks, copyrights).

7. Data Protection & Privacy

7.1 Collection: We collect personal data (e.g., name, address, and other engraveable details) as described in our Privacy Policy.

7.2 Security:

·       We implement reasonable measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

·       You agree to notify us immediately of unauthorized account access.

·       Please do not submit real financial information in the forms used for engraving.

7.3 Third-Party Sharing: Data may be shared with couriers, payment processors, or legal authorities as required by law.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Product is provided "as is" with no warranties, express or implied. We explicitly disclaim:

·       Fitness for a particular purpose.

·       Compatibility with your bank card or financial systems.

·       Compliance with bank policies, regulations, or laws in your jurisdiction.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, Solaris Metal Cards’ liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the Product.

9.2 We are not liable for:

·       Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits, data breaches).

·       Acts or omissions of third parties (e.g., couriers, banks).

·       Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Solaris Metal Cards, its directors, employees, and affiliates from:

·       Claims arising from your misuse of the Product.

·       Violations of bank terms, regulations, or applicable laws.

·       Third-party disputes related to your modified card.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

11.1 Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with exclusive jurisdiction granted to the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.

11.2 Any disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be settled by the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.

12. Shipping, Returns, & Refunds

12.1 Shipping:

·       Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, couriers, or regulatory agencies.

·       International Orders: You are responsible for customs duties, shipping costs, taxes, and compliance with export/import laws.

12.2 Returns:

·       Returns are accepted only for unused, unopened Products within 14 days of delivery, per our Refund Policy.

·       No refunds for Products damaged during modification or due to user error.

13. Force Majeure

Solaris Metal Cards is not liable for failures or delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

14. Termination
